We are a group of friendly people with varying degrees of beekeeping experience, covering the area of the High Weald in North-East Sussex.
We would welcome anyone who wishes to learn more about the craft or to share your knowledge and experience with us.
We meet monthly throughout the year, with indoor talks, demonstrations, and workshops in the Winter, and meetings at member’s Apiaries in the Summer. These meetings are generally garden meetings where members can share their experience in bee management in an informal atmosphere. Usually followed by a social gathering with tea & cakes.
We also have an Association Apiary, which is of particular value to the newer, less experienced members, where they can learn about beekeeping in a more structured way, and gain experience in handling bees under the tuition of some of our more experienced members.Phone:
