My uncle is a Master Bee-keeper and has been raising Bees for 44 years. He introduced me to the life of Bee-keeping. Being born and raised in an urban London environment, this was something I was never previously exposed too. I told my uncle that Bee-keeping was not practised in London. How wrong I was!! My uncle laughed and said I did not know what I was talking about. Me being a know-it-all teenager, I completely rejected this statement and argued I knew London better than him (typical teenager).
